Some users reported that after they sent e-mails from within CRM (using "send e-mail" not "send using outlook"), the communication entries showed blank instead of their user names.
Upon further testing, I find that this happened only if I add another User to To: or CC:. If adding another e-mail from either CRM contact records or just simply typing in the e-mail addresses manually, it worked fine.
Anyone else experienced the same issue?
